Let the two of us handle coordinating vendors, solving day-of problems, and assisting guests on your special day. We work to ensure your wedding runs smoothly from ceremony to reception. Included Services: Vision Planning Questionnaire (to capture your goals, style, and priorities) Collection of all vendor contact details (venue, catering, rentals, music, officiant, transportation, etc.) One-hour Love & Logistics Zoom meeting Creation of a detailed digital master timeline 8 hours of on-site coverage Decor set up (tablescapes, candles, signage, stationary, florals, etc. - please note tables/linens and chairs must be set up in advance.) Vendor and venue coordination Emergency kit access Vendor arrivals and unloading assistance First look coordination (if applicable) Ceremony support: processional, cueing music, license signing, guest guidance Reception support: guest flow, announcements, toasts, cake cutting, dances, dietary needs Safe handling of gifts and cards Float-supported last-minute store runs if needed Transitioning venue from dinner to dancing
